Aakriti Solar Pvt Ltd, ,an India based company is specialized in developing, producing and marketing of traffic Light products. We have sold our products mainly in India and have started exporting them to more than 8 countries in this year after thoroughly testing them in rough Indian conditions. This year we plan to add 10 more Asian countries in our marketing network, where we can extend our technical expertise.

Dealers / Distributor Policy

Dealer Policy

\”Aakriti Solar\” wishes to establish global marketing network based on our Delhi,India factory. We wish to appoint Sole Dealers /Distributors in Indian states this year and subsequently enlarge our Network to other Asian countries such as Sri Lanka,Nepal,Bangladesh,Pakistan,Middle east countries in the Financial year 2015-16.

We categorize two types of Dealers viz:

a. Exclusive Dealer / Distributor.

b. Ordinary Dealer / Distributor.

Under the Exclusive Dealer/Distributor Program , his area will be defined where he will have the exclusive rights to sell. Even if any inquiry emerges at Head quarter Level /company web site, this shall be passed to him with his cuts on it.Such exclusive dealers/ Distributors need to have show room facilities,ample staff to handle his territory and good financial capacity to store our products.He will given specific targets on quarterly /Annual basis and \”Aakriti Solar\” reserves its rights to withdraw the status in case the Customer management /Sales targets are not met as decided from case to case. He will be responsible for the sales in the whole of Area given to him.He will have the rights to appoint several Ordinary Dealers under him.

Exclusive Dealer/ Distributor Policy

1. Conditions to be exclusive Dealer / Distributor:
a. LED Traffic Lights  should be the main business of the company who intends to become the Exclusive dealer/Distributor.
b. One must have the desired Licenses such as Pan Number,Vatt / GST or other statutory requirements along with  trained manpower.
c. The number of the staff which is specialized in dealing the Traffic Light  business should be at least Four, including one technician, two sales men, and one supervisor.
d.The Company must provide commercial plan which includes the general introduction about the enterprise, local market analysis, peer competition situation, market promotion plan, and the annual sales target based on this plan.

2. Deposit Policy:
(1) The deposit should be 10% of the total annual sales amount.
(2) If there are two customers who are competing with the exclusive Dealer / Distributor in the same area, \”\”Aakriti Solar\” will prefer to the customer who agrees with the deposit to our company.
(3) The deposit will return to the customer according to the actual sales reach rate of each contract year(Actual sales amount/target sales amount x deposit).

3.The rights and responsibilities to the exclusive Dealer / Distributor:
(1) The exclusive Dealer / Distributor can take promotion with the \”Xtreme\” brand, and all of the products can be marked with \”Xtreme \”, Or OEM customer brand.
(2) The annual sales amount should be confirmed according to the applicant\’s business proposals and our comprehensive understanding of the market.
(3) The exclusive Dealer / Distributor should hand in the market report to us quarterly, the market report should include the sale situation, the problems, the needed support from us, and the market trends, etc.
(4) The exclusive Dealer / Distributor has the right to deal with all the inquiries from his area except the inquiries from several other old customers, we promise that the prices we offer to the exclusive Dealer / Distributor will be not higher than the prices we offered to the old customers. We shall offer the detailed information of the old customers before we sign the contract with exclusive Dealer / Distributor.
(5) The exclusive Dealer / Distributor should arrange their technical staff to our company to for training every half year, to learn the latest LED Traffic Light technology.
(6) The exclusive Dealer / Distributor should arrange their staff to visit at factory at least one time every year.

Support items for the exclusive Dealer / Distributor as follows:
(1) All the inquiries we got from the exclusive Dealer / Distributor market will be forwarded to the Dealer / Distributor.
(2) According to the commercial plan, Aakriti Solar will grant 3 % of the sole Dealer / Distributor\’s yearly sales amount to the sole Dealer / Distributor for advertising subsidy, which includes trading fairs, television media, newspaper, magazines, website ads and so on. As long as the sole Dealer / Distributor could show us the evidence of these advertising actions, such as pictures taken on the trading fair, copies of magazines, website links, etc., the subsidy will be granted every half year. On 1st July, The first half year\’s subsidy will be fulfilled. And the second half of the subsidy only will be fulfilled by 31st December, on the condition that the Dealer / Distributor achieved the yearly sales task or above.
(3) \”Aakriti Solar\” will provide free advertising materials and mass project\’s necessary samples as support, and the shipping costs will be paid by the sole Dealer / Distributor.
(4) As to the world famous trading fairs,\” Aakriti Solar\”  will offer samples and pay the booth. And the exclusive Dealer / Distributor has to cooperate with us to offer our staffs local transportation and accommodations. The customers\’ inquiry from the exclusive market area will belong to the Dealer / Distributor, and customer inquiry from other areas will belong to the Headquarter.
(5) Every year \”Aakriti Solar\” will arrange yearly trip to visit customers as well as perform after service. And the trip also could be treated as a conference with the exclusive Dealer / Distributor for marketing strategy.
(6) \”Aakriti Solar\” website and catalogue will post our exclusive Dealer / Distributor\’s related information.
(7) \”Aakriti Solar\” is not allowed to sell to the exclusive area directly or indirectly.
(8) The price list for the exclusive Dealer / Distributor will be among the lowest in that area, and details will be revealed in the contract. And the exclusive Dealer / Distributor could offer constructive suggestions on price defining. The inquiries you get from your local area will be dealt with directly, while the Headquarter will deal with the mass order inquiries (above 500,000) directly. And we will keep the Dealer / Distributor informed, and assure to grant the Dealer / Distributor 4% commission after the order placed in our company.
(9) As for some big projects, we can dispatch sales and engineers to work with the Dealer / Distributor for technology support and sales coordination. The costs caused by the business trip will be evenly paid two sides.
(10) Free training and technology support.
(11) Warranty period will be extended above to 2 years.

Policy about ordinary Dealer / Distributor:

1.Conditions to be ordinary Dealer / Distributor:

(1). To be the Dealer / Distributor of our company, for the customer, the should be within its main business.
(2). To be the Dealer / Distributor of our company, the customer has to provide the relevant business license, legal certificate.
(3). The number of the staff which is specialized to dealing the LED Traffic Light  business should be at least three, including one technician, one sales man, one supervisor.
(4). The customer should provide the commercial plan which includes the general introduction about the enterprise, local market analysis, peer competition situation, market promotion plan, and the annual sales target based on this plan.

2.The rights and responsibilities to the ordinary Dealer / Distributor:
(1). The annual sales amount should be confirmed according to the applicant\’s commercial plan and our comprehensive understanding of the market.
(2). The Dealer / Distributor should hand in the market report to us quarterly.
(3). The Dealer / Distributor should arrange their technical staff to come to our company to attend the training every year, to learn the latest LED Traffic Light  technology.
Support items for Non-Exclusive Dealer / Distributor as follows:
(1). According to the commercial plan, \”Aakriti Solar\” will grant 2% of the Dealer / Distributor\’s yearly sales amount to the Dealer / Distributor for advertising subsidy, which includes trading fairs, television media, newspaper, magazines, website ads and so on. As long as the  Dealer / Distributor could show us the evidence of these advertising actions, such as pictures taken on the trading fair, copies of magazines, website links, etc., the subsidy will be granted every half year. On 1st July, The first half year\’s subsidy will be fulfilled. And the second half of the subsidy only will be fulfilled by 31st December, on the condition that the Dealer / Distributor achieved the yearly sales task or above.
(2). Aakriti Solar will  provide free advertising materials and mass project\’s necessary samples as support, and the shipping costs will be paid by the Dealer / Distributor.
(3). If participate in local influential exhibition, extra 15% discounts based on ordinary Dealer / Distributor price could be given for exhibiting products. Dealer / Distributor undertakes the freight fee. If necessary, Aakriti Solar could send staff to help exhibition. Dealer / Distributor will undertake the resulted cost.
(4). Every year we will arrange yearly trip to visit customers as well as perform after service. And the trip also could be treated as a conference with the exclusive Dealer / Distributor for marketing strategy.
(5). \”Aakriti Solar\” offers favorable price for the local market, and suggest the final price. Aakriti Solar has the right to handle the new clients from this region.
(6). As for some big projects, we can dispatch sales and engineers to work with the Dealer / Distributor for technology support and sales coordination. The costs caused by the business trip will be evenly paid.
